Shoreline, WA

This project involves rebuilding a failed water feature into a durable, aesthetically enhanced 9-to-10-foot pitless waterfall and stream system.

Key Project Details

  • The Problem: A previous contractor installed a waterfall stream utilizing a traditional crate/rock pit system. The homeowner was unsatisfied with the results and tore out the original installation.

  • The Solution: Upgrading the feature to a Pitless Waterfall & Stream Kit system to ensure superior longevity, easier maintenance, and better functionality.

  • Scope of Work:

    • Complete demolition, clearing, and moving of existing small rocks.

    • Re-digging and reshaping the terrain contour to optimize water flow and structural layout.

    • Integrating newly brought-in larger boulders to replace the original, undersized rock layout and establish a natural appearance.

    • Full installation of the new pitless system and final rock placement.

Hey Contractors

As a contractor, the Pitless Waterfall system is going to make installing that next waterfall feature much easier than other pondless waterfall systems. The tank is a complete unit that includes pump, liner brackets, silcone glue, return line connectors, and debris baskets for easy maintenance of leaves and yard waste.
